5 Things Important In The Company
1. Has opportunities for promoton and personal development
Every employees company want the promotion. To get the promotion the employees will be encourage with work hard again and be more active. The employees will be more innovation when the challenge to promotion is in front of the eye. With this the company will end up success and improved in many way
2.Award
bonuses and gives fringe benefits to employees
The company will be success, if the employees and the boss can work
together well. Companies need to maintain good relationships with their
employees so that employees have a high morale in advancing the company. One of
the things that can be done is to give rewards to employees who do the best work. These rewards like salary increases, bonuses, and the other.
Then the employees will be motivate to work more again.

When the work , it is better the employees in training in advance about the
field of work handled. So employees can recognize their own job . Then, after the employees starts
working, it is necessary to evaluate the results of the work, this is necessary

5 Things Least Important In The Company
1.A Female CEO
Not all CEO must female. CEO is the person have many potential, quality, can lead the
organization and the other things. Man or woman can be the ceo if have the quality. The
female is good in organizing something but do not think the man can not do it.
Man is head of family. Both of female or male have their potential each other.
It depends how their manage the company and deals with the employees or client.
2.Gives employees a laptop computer
and mobile pone for bussiness and personal use
Gives a laptop computer of mobile phone for work is not problem, but not for personal. If
the laptop be used for
personal the employees will ignore the work. Now the social media more interest
than the work. It can be the work is not finish and the company can not do well. Minimal
the company will give the computer, the media can not bring over here or there.
Because the work sometimes have be finish with the help from computer. But the
given this computer is for work not for personal use
3.Has a gym and sports facilities
Workout is important for body , but not too important in company. Because the
gym can be place where the employees run away from their time to work.
The employee will be give the reason if they late because they from the gym. The workout can be done at home or gym outside the company

The company is not the place for creche . It is like gym , the woman employee
will use this reason to runaway from the work.
5.Gives equal pay to women and men
No matter women or men the pay is given depends how much they work. If they do much work , they will get the
pay more than the employees who works lazily .The employees will not
pleased with the other employees who just quiet and sit do they work that the
employees who do the work more and gives many idea to company.
