Half of the people in this world feel worry about the confidentiality of their personal data that saved in the company. These personal data include name, address, date of birth, contact information, ID issue, medical records , banking details and the others. Because the consumers already give the data for they transaction then the company must take the responsibility to keep important information of the consumers. Now, for all consumers don’t worry anymore about your information, i will explain how the company take responsibility to keep your information safely.

     In this era, your information will be keep in computer of the company not in the paper like it used to be. Before the company do that, they already ensure use paid anti-virus services to get security thoroughly. Beside they used the anti virus they  use hardware firewall too. This hardware more safer, just use the software of anti virus is not enough. Company will use many software and hardware to protect the information in their computer. For extra security , the company also installed the spam filter to block the site which potentially harmful. Because of that, company will always back up the information automatic ,this way to avoid the other problems like data loss .  Beside the security from computer, the company always tell and remind the employees how important to keep the information of consumers, sometimes leaking information is from human error. Every company have their privacy policy. Privacy policy is a legal document that discloses some or all the ways a party gathers, uses, discloses, and manage a consumers data. When company want to use the information of consumers or the third parties want to access information of consumers  they will contact you through the privacy policy . 

     The company will always keep an eye on to prevent any other problems. Because to keep the consumers personal information is the priority of the company.
